Please ensure you have chosen your correct venue. In Pokolbin Hunter Valley, there are two separate restaurants/businesses with very similar names, with both having ‘Muse’ in their title.
Reservations from this page are for Muse Restaurant, at the Hungerford Hill Winery only.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS BREAK
Muse Restaurant will be closed for our annual Christmas/New Year break from Sunday December 17th 2023, up to and including Monday the 1st of January 2024.
Standard trading hours will resume from Tuesday January the 2nd 2024.

CHILDREN DINING POLICY
- We advise that Muse Restaurant is a formal fine dining environment, which is intended to be suitable for adult diners only.
The dining environment of Muse Restaurant may be too formal for some children to be comfortable in.
For example, our venue does not have play areas or children’s menus and our dining experience lasts for a minimum of 3 hours. As such, our team recommends that children, including infants, should not be included in your reservation when you dine with us. We suggest that alternative care, such as a babysitter, should be considered, rather than bring a child to Muse.
When children dine at Muse Restaurant they are the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times. Our restaurant has both an open kitchen and fireplace, please keep this in mind, the safety of children must be made priority when dining at Muse.
We especially ask that care and consideration be shown for your fellow guests, by ensuring children remain seated at their table whilst dining at Muse, and for noise levels, including those from electronic devices, are to be kept at a minimum.
All children that do join you at Muse Restaurant are counted as an adult guest in your reservation. They are offered our full five course menu and charged the full menu price of $155 per person* (this applies to all children. The charge acts as a “ticket” for their seat and will still apply if the child does not eat from our menu during your visit).

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- A Credit Card guarantee is required for all bookings up to and including 14 guests. Our $85 per person cancellation fee is pre-authorised upon your provided card when your details are recorded. This is not a deposit. The pre-authorised funds are only charged when our cancellation fee applies.
Muse requires 24hrs notice for all cancellations and final guest number confirmations, failure to do so will incur the $85 per person cancellation fee.
Reservations of 15 guests and above will be charged a deposit to secure the booking and will be subject to additional booking terms and conditions.

SURCHARGES
- Payments via AMEX incur a 1.6% cost of acceptance surcharge.
A discretionary 8% service charge is applied to all tables of 8 to 30 guests (reducing to 5% for groups of 31 guests onward) as a gratuity paid directly to our staff.
A 10% surcharge applies on all public holidays.
